第 1 節：我們收集的資料

1.1 本地裝置資料（不會上傳至我們的伺服器）

findMyHerbs 以「本地優先」方式運作。您輸入的購買紀錄、觀察清單、產品名稱、品牌、產品連結、實付價格、官方標價、折扣碼、備註、運費及相關價格統計，均僅儲存在您的裝置本機資料庫中，不會上傳至我們或任何由開發者營運的雲端資料庫。

本應用程式不要求您提供姓名、電郵、電話、住址或信用卡／支付卡資料；我們亦不處理任何應用內購付款。若您在備註欄自行輸入個人資料，該內容仍只會保留於本機。

1.2 產品連結擷取時的對外請求

當您貼上產品連結以自動辨識產品資料時，應用程式會向該連結所屬的第三方網站（例如 iHerb 產品頁）發出網絡請求，以讀取公開的產品名稱、品牌及圖片等資訊。此過程會向該網站傳送您提供的產品 URL、裝置 IP 位址及瀏覽器類型識別（User-Agent）等技術資料；我們不會在此過程中額外傳送您的購買紀錄內容。

1.3 匿名及技術資料（來自第三方服務）

為改善應用程式穩定性、分析使用情況及展示廣告，我們會透過下列第三方服務收集匿名或技術層面的資料：

• Firebase Analytics（頁面瀏覽、按鈕點擊等功能事件）
• Firebase Crashlytics（崩潰報告及錯誤摘要）
• Firebase Remote Config（遠端功能及廣告設定）
• Google AdMob（廣告展示、點擊及相關技術資料）
• Meta Audience Network 及 Pangle（透過 AdMob 廣告中介可能涉及的裝置及廣告識別資料）

以上資料主要用於統計分析、錯誤修復及廣告營運支援，並非用於識別您的購買紀錄內容。

1.4 獨立性聲明

findMyHerbs 為獨立第三方工具，並非由 iHerb, LLC 經營、贊助或認可。「iHerb」為 iHerb, LLC 之商標，僅在說明產品來源時合理引用。

第 2 節：權限使用說明

我們僅在實際需要時請求下列權限：

• 網絡存取：用於產品連結擷取、廣告載入、Firebase 服務及開啟外部產品頁面。
• 檔案／媒體存取：僅在您主動使用「備份中心」匯出 XLSX 快照至本機儲存空間時使用；匯出檔案只存於本機，不會上傳至遠端。
• 相簿存取：僅在您主動上傳或更換產品圖片時，用於從相簿挑選圖片。
• 廣告識別（Android）：應用程式可能使用廣告 ID 以支援非個人化廣告運作；您可於裝置設定中管理相關偏好。
• 廣告追蹤（Apple 用戶）：本應用目前採用非追蹤模式，不會請求 App Tracking Transparency（ATT）授權；廣告以非個人化方式展示。

第 3 節：資料分享與對外連結

3.1 我們不會出售或交換您的本機輸入資料

我們不會向第三方出售、出租或交換您在應用程式中輸入的購買紀錄及相關本機資料。

3.2 聯盟連結（Affiliate Links）

當您點擊「即時查閱今日官網價」或相關外部產品連結時，該連結可能為聯盟推薦連結。若您透過這些連結前往第三方網站（包括 iHerb 官網）並完成合資格購買，我們可能獲得佣金以支持應用程式營運，這不會增加您的購買成本。最終價格、優惠、庫存及結帳條件均以第三方網站當時顯示為準。

3.3 匯出與分享

您可主動使用備份中心將資料匯出為 XLSX 檔案，並透過系統分享功能傳送至其他應用程式或雲端服務。此類分享完全由您自行決定；請謹慎選擇接收方。

3.4 第三方分析與廣告服務

匿名分析、崩潰及廣告相關資料可能由 Google（Firebase、AdMob）、Meta 及 ByteDance（Pangle）等服務供應商按其各自政策處理。部分服務供應商的伺服器可能位於您所在司法管轄區以外。我們透過選用非個人化廣告（NPA）及限制追蹤設定，盡量降低個人化廣告追蹤。

第 4 節：您的權利

您有權：

• 隨時於應用程式內查閱、編輯或刪除本機購買紀錄及相關資料
• 隨時管理或關閉裝置內與廣告相關的偏好設定
• 透過電郵要求我們協助處理匿名分析或崩潰資料的刪除請求

由於 Firebase 及 AdMob 等服務主要收集匿名技術資料，開發者通常無法直接辨識並刪除特定用戶的分析或錯誤記錄。然而，我們會尊重您的要求，並於收到資料刪除請求後，將有關需求轉達予相關服務供應商（如 Google），以促進該等資料在可行範圍內被處理或刪除。

第 5 節：資料保留期

本機購買紀錄及相關資料會保留在您的裝置上，直至您主動刪除、清除應用程式資料或解除安裝應用程式為止。

匿名分析、崩潰及廣告相關資料由第三方服務按其政策保留；我們僅在必要期間內使用相關統計結果以改善應用程式。

第 6 節：資料安全

您的購買紀錄儲存在應用程式私有沙盒內的本機資料庫，其他應用程式一般無法直接讀取。我們依賴作業系統提供的裝置保護機制；本機資料庫並無額外獨立加密層，請您妥善保管裝置並啟用螢幕鎖定。

與 Firebase、AdMob 等服務通訊時，我們使用業界標準的加密傳輸（如 TLS）。

第 7 節：兒童政策

本應用不設計供 13 歲以下兒童使用。如我們發現意外收集到兒童相關資料，會立即刪除。

Section 1: Data We Collect

1.1 Local Device Data (Not Uploaded to Our Servers)

findMyHerbs operates on a local-first basis. Purchase records, watchlist items, product names, brands, product URLs, paid prices, official list prices, discount codes, notes, shipping fees, and related price summaries that you enter are stored only in a local database on your device. They are not uploaded to any cloud database operated by the Developer.

The App does not require your name, email, phone number, address, or credit/payment card details, and it does not process in-app purchase payments. If you voluntarily enter personal information in a note field, that content remains on your device only.

1.2 Outbound Requests When Fetching Product Links

When you paste a product link to auto-fill product details, the App sends network requests to the third-party website hosting that link (e.g. an iHerb product page) to read publicly available product information such as name, brand, and image. This transmits the product URL you provide, your device IP address, and browser-type identifiers (User-Agent) to that website. Your purchase record contents are not sent in this process.

1.3 Anonymous and Technical Data (via Third-Party Services)

To improve stability, analyze usage, and serve ads, we use the following third-party services that may collect anonymous or technical data:

• Firebase Analytics (screen views, button clicks, and feature events)
• Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports and error summaries)
• Firebase Remote Config (remote feature and ad settings)
• Google AdMob (ad impressions, clicks, and related technical data)
• Meta Audience Network and Pangle (device and advertising identifiers that may be involved via AdMob mediation)

This data is used for analytics, debugging, and ad operations support. It is not used to identify the contents of your purchase records.

1.4 Independence Notice

findMyHerbs is an independent third-party tool. It is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by iHerb, LLC. "iHerb" is a trademark of iHerb, LLC and is referenced only where reasonably necessary to explain product sources.

Section 2: Permissions

We request the following permissions only when actually needed:

• Internet access: for product link fetching, ad loading, Firebase services, and opening external product pages.
• File/media access: only when you manually use Backup Center to export an XLSX snapshot to local storage; exported files remain on your device and are not uploaded remotely.
• Photo library access: only when you manually upload or change a product image from your photo library.
• Advertising ID (Android): the App may use the advertising ID to support non-personalized ad delivery; you may manage related preferences in device settings.
• Ad tracking (Apple users): the App currently runs in non-tracking mode and does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization. Ads are served as non-personalized ads.

Section 3: Data Sharing & External Links

3.1 We Do Not Sell or Trade Your Local Input Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your purchase records or other locally entered data to third parties.

3.2 Affiliate Links

When you tap "Check today's official price" or related outbound product links, those links may be affiliate referral links. If you complete a qualifying purchase on a third-party website (including iHerb) through those links, we may earn a commission to support app operations. This will not increase your purchase cost. Final prices, offers, stock, and checkout terms are always determined by the third-party website at the time of purchase.

3.3 Export and Sharing

You may manually export your data as an XLSX file via Backup Center and share it through the system share sheet to other apps or cloud services. Such sharing is entirely your choice; please choose recipients carefully.

3.4 Third-Party Analytics and Advertising

Anonymous analytics, crash, and ad-related data may be processed by service providers such as Google (Firebase, AdMob), Meta, and ByteDance (Pangle) under their respective policies. Some providers' servers may be located outside your jurisdiction. We use non-personalized ads (NPA) and limited-tracking settings where possible to reduce personalized ad tracking.

Section 4: Your Rights

You have the right to:

• View, edit, or delete local purchase records and related data within the App at any time
• Manage or disable ad-related preferences in your device settings at any time
• Request assistance via email regarding deletion of anonymous analytics or crash data

Because services such as Firebase and AdMob primarily collect anonymous technical data, the Developer usually cannot directly identify and delete a specific user's analytics or crash records. However, we respect your requests and will forward deletion requests to relevant service providers (such as Google) to facilitate handling or deletion where feasible.

Section 5: Data Retention

Local purchase records and related data remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the App.

Anonymous analytics, crash, and ad-related data are retained by third-party services according to their policies. We use aggregated results only as long as necessary to improve the App.

Section 6: Data Security

Your purchase records are stored in a local database within the App's private sandbox, which other apps generally cannot read directly. We rely on your device's operating-system protections. The local database does not use a separate encryption layer; please keep your device secure and use a screen lock.

Communications with services such as Firebase and AdMob use industry-standard encrypted transport (e.g. TLS).

Section 7: Children's Privacy

This App is not designed for children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, it will be promptly deleted.

Section 8: Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the App and on this website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
